What is a self-order kiosk?
A self-order kiosk is a touchscreen where customers browse your menu, customize items and place their own order. Reji's self-ordering kiosks send the order straight to your kitchen, suggest add-ons on every ticket and let customers pay at the kiosk or at pickup.
How much does a self-ordering kiosk cost?
Reji Interactive software is $499 a month per kiosk if you already have compatible hardware. Complete hardware-and-software kiosks are lease-to-own: Core is $799 a month and Signature is $999 a month for the first 12 months, then $499 a month starting month 13, and the kiosk is yours after the 12th payment. Non-interactive displays are $49 a month per screen, and custom builds and events are quoted. See pricing.
Do Core and Signature include different software?
No. Every option runs the same complete Reji Interactive platform with every feature, and there are no software feature tiers. Core and Signature differ only in hardware: kiosk design, screen size, construction and configuration. Same powerful software, different hardware.
Will a self ordering kiosk work with my POS?
Reji is built to work alongside the POS, payments and kitchen systems you already run. Compatibility depends on your systems: we support a range of integrations and can build custom connectivity, and we'll confirm what works before you start.
Do self-ordering kiosks increase sales?
Self-ordering kiosks can help. Reji suggests add-ons, combos and upgrades on every order, so a $4 order has the chance to become a $12 order without your team having to upsell. Results depend on your menu and customers.
How fast can we get a self order kiosk running?
A standard foodservice kiosk can be up and running in as little as 2 days, and you can pilot it side by side with your current setup before you commit. Custom projects start with a consultation and are scheduled with your quote.
Can customers pay at the kiosk?
Yes. Customers can pay at the kiosk through our semi-integrated payment partners, including Shift4, Worldpay, FreedomPay and more, or you can let them pay at pickup.
